Line Dance Group

Its objective is to promote good health through physical exercise in an enjoyable and neighbourly environment. In line dancing, one gets to learn many types of dances that are both interesting and enjoyable to perform. The Group is under the expert tutelage of Ms Chan Swee Lan assisted by Mrs. Norrie Soon.

The Line Dance Group now has two classes, held on Mondays and on Wednesdays. Practice sessions for both groups are on Fridays, all held at Sek. Menengah TTDI, Jalan Leong Yew Koh from 8:00pm to 9:30pm.

Sixth Anniversary Celebrations
Date: 04 July 2007
Venue: SMK TTDI School Hal, Jalan Leong Yew Koh

On the occasion of their 6th Anniversary celebrations, stalwart Jenny Oo took time off to pen this little poem to remember this auspicious milestone, besides all the line dancing of course.

If you want to de-stress n unwind
Come join Line Dance Group TTDI
If you love to dance n want to have fun
Come n learn under Swee Lan.

We make dancing very easy
Just move your shoulder if you can't shimmy
If too many turnings make you giddy
Just walk two steps like Maggie
If you forget the steps
Don't worry, just follow Norrie
N if you are not sure how to Samba
Just turn back n look at Lisa.

So Ladies
Tonight we celebrate our 6th Anniversary
Just enjoy n be happy
Carol is ready
So come on everybody
Come dance with me ...
