TTDI Photogroup

The special interest group (SIG) of TTDI was officially launched with the inaugural meeting in Taman Rimba Kiara (TRK) this morning. A total of 8 members turned up . The low turn-out could be due to the school holidays. Some members also have work related commitments and have indicated they will attend future meetings. It was agreed by the members present that this group shall  be known as TTDI Photogroup.

After introducing each other the group spent about an hour photographing around TRK. A photo sharing and review session will be held on Jan 6 2012. The first Sunday of each month has been selected for photo-shoots.  The broad plan for the coming months is to have a monthly photo-shoot followed by a photo sharing and review two weeks later. Jenhor Siow of Jen Studio has very kindly offered his premises and well equipped studio for the TTDI Photogroup to hold it’s photo sharing and review sessions.

A Facebook page will also be created to be used exclusively by the group to communicate with one another and for posting of photos.

TTDI Photogroup have a total of 25 registered members with different levels of  photographic knowledge and skills. Residents of TTDI who have a special interest in photography are most welcome to join the group.
